We seek an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Spokeo for Business team. This is an entry-level, remote-based position suitable for individuals looking to gain experience in B2B sales. The role supports sales activities in debt collection, law enforcement, and real estate. The Sales Associate will work closely with our Sales Executives to identify opportunities and grow our customer base.

What You'll Do - This includes an estimate of where time will be spent. This is subject to change:

  • 30% - Generate new business opportunities through prospecting (50-100 daily interactions), social media, and email-based campaigns.
  • 10% - Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • 10% - Support sales executives in setting appointments, conducting online demos, and presentations.
  • 10% - Assist in developing client relationships across multiple sectors.
  • 10% - Support the marketing and product teams by relaying customer feedback.
  • 10% - Aid in providing sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • 10% - Basic market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
  • 10% - Work toward meeting monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
  • A basic understanding of industries like debt collection, law enforcement, or real estate is a plus.
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic negotiation skills
  • Organized and capable of multitasking
  • Familiarity with basic CRM software is a plus but not required
  • A high school diploma is required; some college preferred
  • Must live in any of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, KY, MD, MI, MO, NH, NJ, NV, NC, ND, PA, TX, VA, WA
