Sales Development Representative
Description
As a Sales Development Representative at Grand Welcome, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales team. Your will be responsible for driving growth in markets - delivering new contracts weekly and strategizing around future expansions.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers
- Deliver inside and outbound sales for our short term rental program
- Close marketing-generated and self-generated leads
- Manage the sales lifecycle, from inquiry to close of contract
- Analyze data to identify sales building strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent practical experience
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or related field
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Experience using CRM systems
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Compensation
$50,000 + Commission
