The Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and setting appointments for the sales team for our SaaS solution. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, organized, and articulate individual who is passionate about technology, sales, and customer service.

Latchel is a software platform that enables property managers to be more responsive and offer better benefits while also creating a new revenue stream, so they don’t have to choose between happy residents and a healthy bottom line. We service over 100,000 homes across over 400 customers in all 50 states of the US. We’re growing rapidly and need a Sales Development Representative to continue our rapid growth trajectory.

Our team is still small and nimble, with ample advancement and growth opportunities inside Latchel.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities through phone, email, and social media channels
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and new markets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies for the SaaS solution
  • Use a CRM system to track and manage leads and opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service to potential customers
  • Communicate product value and differentiate our SaaS solution from competitors
  • Schedule product demos and follow up on customer inquiries
The ideal candidate will:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • A passion for SaaS solutions and technology
Competencies & Qualifications:

Compensation
  • $40k Base Salary, $60K OTE
  • Uncapped Commissions
  • Stock Options
  • Up to 4% 1:1 401K Match
