Sales Development Representative

We’re looking to hire a full-time, remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) focusing on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification cadences/campaigns. We need someone who will connect Outliant with as many leads as possible and determine if they’re good customer fits, and will connect and learn about our businesses and needs.

Seniority Level: Entry to Mid Level

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge and consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects using provided account lists.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in the next steps.
  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbookConnect as many leads as possible through phone, emails, LinkedIn connections, direct mail, social media, event, etc.
  • Utilize Salesloft, cold emails, and Linkedin Messages to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Build rapport with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
  • Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
  • Phone or video communication with prospects is not required.

Requirements:

  • High school or University education
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 to C2 level)
  • English resume is a strict requirement
