Our SaaS solution helps businesses navigate this transformation by providing data-driven planning and operating support. We have demonstrated with companies like the BMW Group that this shift holds enormous potential. For instance, we have shown that, by using our software, the BMW Group has uncovered the potential of hundreds of millions in savings.

Expanding access to Software that enables companies to benefit from the new energy world is a critical step in realizing our long-term plan of saving the industrial sector and our planet.

While we hope that one day, every industrial company will base its energy decisions and supply on smart algorithms, realizing this future still requires a lot of selling.

About the Role:

RIZM is looking for an energetic SDR to help win over leading industrial companies, their energy- and procurement teams for our mission. As an SDR at RIZM, you'll work closely with the founding team work on generating qualified leads, help us understand our customers needs and improve the process in a creativ way.

Tasks

  • Own the top of the funnel: Work and creatively improve the lead generation, from potential lead identification to qualification.
  • Build Client Understanding: Systematically gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, org-structures, and individual stakeholder interests.
  • Cultivate Key Relationships: Develop relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations and demonstrate how our platform delivers substantial value. This includes organizing sales events.
  • Represent RIZM in customer meetings and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with CS & Product: Work closely with the customer success and product team to discuss own insights and ensure clients achieve their sustainability goals through our platform to improve RIZMS product offerings.

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

  • Experience in selling to companies.
  • Key Account Management: Ability to manage and grow relationships with high-value clients.
  • Willingness to step up: Willingness to take on new responsibilities and take ownership of new projects & tasks
  • Structured and Hands-On Work Style: Organized and methodical in approach, with the ability to create efficient sales processes and engage directly with team members and clients.
  • Understanding of Complex Products: Expertise in software products that require detailed explanations and can address multiple stakeholders within a client’s organization, facilitating their energy transition goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and persuade diverse stakeholders, including C-Level executives of large enterprises. Excellent (C2) German and English skills.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies in response to market feedback and evolving company goals.

  2. Take home challenge + technical interview: to test your abilities and learn more about your skills - with Joshua (120 minutes)
  3. Personal meeting: to find out if we click together, whether it’s during lunch or a remote call with all founders - Elias, Joshua, and Philipp (approx. 45 min)
