The Opportunity 🔍

As our founding SDR, you will be at the forefront of building and shaping our SDR function, playing an active role in its establishment and success! Your primary objective will be to enhance the productivity and efficacy of our sales team by qualifying and educating potential customers on our platform and freight services. Using different tools and tactics (i.e. cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn networking, social media messaging, etc), you’ll build relationships, schedule quality appointments for our Account Executives and ultimately support our Sales and Onboarding function while utilizing a data-driven approach to lead generation.

  2. Earning Potential - SDR’s are set up for success with a compensation plan that offers base salary plus on target commissions of $23,000 and an annual performance bonus of $10,000

Essentials for Success 🏆

  1. Previous experience achieving or surpassing key target metrics in a related role (Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, etc) that demonstrates you will be able to schedule new prospect meetings and ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
  2. Willingness to partner with Account Executives to develop targeted outreach campaigns tailored to specific verticals, commodities, and geographies, maximizing the effectiveness of outreach efforts
  3. Ability to enhance communication of Shippabo's value propositions by identifying prospect personas and understanding their specific problems, enabling tailored and customized messaging
  4. Understanding of the importance in cultivating enduring and trustworthy relationships with ICP targets, effectively qualifying leads as sales opportunities and fostering long-term business connections.
  5. Ability to interpret key metrics and comfortably perform data entry and data analysis using various software programs
  6. Must reside in the U.S or Canada as we are not hiring globally - (yet!)

Compensation 💰

Shippabo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base USD compensation for this role is between min $60,000 and max $70,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. This range is subject to change and may be modified in the future
