The mission of the Sales Development Representative role is to drive business growth by generating enrollment calls with qualified leads.
Job Type: (Future Opportunity)
- Full Time, Remote
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 base, plus up to $0 - $20,000 OTE
- Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
- The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Responsibilities:
- Generating and qualifying new leads
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets daily/weekly/monthly
- Communicating with all levels of the organization
- Partner with our pitch team to close quality and qualified leads.
- Performing Strategy Sessions, which involve diagnosing each prospect’s needs and challenges in a consultative format.
- Leverage available tools and resources to regularly engage and follow up with prospective clients (Hubspot, Zoom, Slack, phone, email, etc.).
- Utilize Hubspot as our CRM tool along with other prospecting software to drive sales process efficiencies
Responsibility Overview:
- Sets: To set at least 40 enrollment meetings per month that show up and are qualified (minimum)
- This is 58 enrollment meetings set based on a 70% show up rate
- You will set enrollment calls by
- Following up on inbound opportunities from Marketing
- Cold Emails and Cold LinkedIn Messages
- Following up on past campaigns, former clients/prospects
- Dripping to CRM database based on time of year
Job requirements
Characteristics & Qualifications of the Position:
- 1-3 years of Sales experience, specifically setting appointments from qualified leads
- Prior experience with telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling
- A general understanding of social media & marketing services
- Excellent listening, verbal and written skills
- Ability to build meaningful business relationships with STN prospects and internal colleagues
- A growth mindset, consistently working to improve your skills
- Ability to adapt & be flexible in a constantly changing environment
- Humble confidence, and the ability to differentiate yourself to customers
- Travel for training and/or meetings may occasionally be required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Evaluation of KPI's:
- Daily
- High volume of emails/LinkedIn/DMs/Calls to generate leads
- Average 2 Live Calls for pitch team
- Daily Execution & Reporting
- Monthly
- 40 qualified appointments set per month
- Quarterly
- Ensure Sales Development Representative on your team is hitting goals and helping with strategy
