Job Description Overview:
The Strategic Growth Associate (Sales Development Representative) has a genuine passion for healthcare, sales, strategic thinking, execution, and cross-functional learning. You’ll report to our Director of Sales. This role is fully remote, based anywhere in the US/ Canada. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide sponsorship to work in the US/Canada.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ yr of sales experience with demonstrated expertise in generating net new quality meetings
- You are data-driven in measuring and improving the impact of your outreach efforts
- You are organized, attentive to detail, and believe that great process leads to great results
- You are driven, persistent, and ambitious
- Highly motivated to achieve challenging goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- History of personal and professional excellence
- You thrive while working in a fast-paced environment where change is common
- Experience prospecting into accounts with 200+ employees is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for booking meetings with the end goal of moving partners to a CDA
- Qualifying prospects, producing quality leads for the Vial Sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team on account strategy, demand generation activities, and results
- Ensure all data is properly maintained and updated in CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Educate yourself daily by reading, listening to podcasts, and learning from your teammates and peers
