Responsibilities
- Grow and develop the sales pipeline by generating new leads and qualifying them for the sales team
- Use effective communication skills to present Mintago to prospective clients over the phone, email, or other online channels
- Cold Calling
- Conduct research on target markets and industries to identify potential clients and trends, and strategic approaches to generating interest
- Work closely with other teams, including marketing and customer success, to develop effective sales strategies and tactics
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and close deals
- Take ownership of your personal development, continuing to seek out opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development or a similar role
- Must live in the UK, and be able to work remotely
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, ZoomInfo)
- A strong understanding of financial services and/or employee benefits is desirable
