The Role:
Digital Turbine is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Sales Manager to join our growing Performance Sales Team in Mexico to directly drive new revenue growth in this explosive market. Your background in the mobile ecosystem and track record of success delivering quality output across all aspects of the sales lifecycle will position you for a highly rewarding career at Digital Turbine, during a time of exciting growth for the company.
What You'll Do:
- Build and develop a pipeline of opportunities and close new business with major mobile app platforms
- Drive broader adoption and expansion of the Digital Turbine platform of products by upselling new user acquisition campaigns and products
- Deliver high-quality prospecting through email & phone outreach
- Create proposals that showcase both your analytical strengths and strategic, solutions-based sales abilities
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to your prospects and clients through strategic relationship development across all levels of their organizations
- Develop profound knowledge of each clients business operations and strategy and align it with your mastery of Digital Turbine's products and solutions, to support highly-relevant, on-target recommendations that quickly gain traction and buy-in from key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strategically sell and position Digital Turbine as a foundational channel, like social or search advertising
- Develop deep knowledge of Digital Turbine’s pitch and products and how these relate to the wider app advertising industry
- Ensure accurate reporting to executive leadership through rigorous management and maintenance of your pipelines and forecasts across our sales enablement tools and platforms (Salesforce, Salesloft, Seismic, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
About You:
- 3+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of both pipeline development and consistent achievement of sales quotas
- A highly-motivated, self-starter with the energy and drive to deliver success in a massive, opportunity-rich market
- Self-disciplined with a detail-oriented approach to pipeline management
- Professional, sales-based knowledge of the mobile ecosystem including mobile applications, advertising, and measurement
- Learning & growth oriented. We're excited to hear how you have developed new skills or learned new areas of business in your career, to-date
- Comfortable selling into large, matrixed organizations, with the ability to quickly develop rapport and gain credibility with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Comfortable managing pipelines and metrics using sales enablement tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Seismic, etc.
- Excellent English-language skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong professional network and/or industry experience in ad tech or mobile apps (highly preferred)
