The objective of the position

Develop the regional market business, and be responsible for achieving the regional sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist global sales director in formulating the regional marketing strategy, and be responsible for achieving the regional sales targets.

• According to the regional marketing strategy, compose annual business development work schedule, responsible for promoting execution, make monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual summaries, and adjust and improve with market changes in a timely manner

• Develop distributors/dealers channels in the region, establish a strong sales network

• Continuously develop new customers and maintain the relationship with old customers to ensure healthy growth of sales

• Continuously develop ecosystem cooperation resources, establish good relationships with telecom operators, industry/technology alliances, partners from upstream and downstream, intermediate organizations, etc, and deepen the brand visibility and influence in the regional IoT area

• Based on the regional economic macro situation, vertical industry market development trend, customer demand changes, competitor situation, and customer feedback, conduct effective market analysis and demand change forecast and be able to input forward-looking information for the company's management decision-making and product line and be used to flexibly adjust the product strategy and market direction of the regional market

• Responsible for implementing the company's sales management policies, such as customer credit management, product trial management, overdue accounts receivable management, business opportunity reserve and large project funnel management, and other sales regulations

• Cooperate with the marketing department of the company to do a good job in exhibitions, customer training sessions, agent meetings and other activities to achieve good promotional results

• Other work assigned by the director.

Qualifications

• Computer programming, communication electronics, and other related major such as STEM

• Bachelor's degree or above

Other Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of sales experience in IoT or other related companies, such as operators\m2m terminal\modual\solution and so on.

2. Have stable IoT client resources.

3. Have a deep understanding of the business in the field of IoT, and be familiar with the application of Internet of things in various industries

4. Have keen market insight;

5. Strong management and innovation ability;

6. Strong communication skills, analysis, and problem-solving skills;

7. Have professional marketing ability and knowledge

8. Big vision, achievement motivation, results orientation, responsibility, cooperation, tenacity, practicality

9. Ability to adapt to the working hours of clients in different time zones and domestic colleagues, responding to work in the first time, and promoting efficiently
