About the Role:

CaptivateIQ is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to help scale our sales organization. Reporting to the Direction of Revenue Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional GTM stakeholders to provide operational support specifically related to our sales tech stack, data integrity & analysis, and sales strategy and process support.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day tech stack administration of best-in-class sales systems, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LeanData, ZoomInfo, and more!
  • Partner with the Sales org as well as the rest of our GTM teams to provide front-line daily operational support
  • Own the critical monthly revenue process of ensuring data quality and completeness in our deal bookings for timely commissions payments
  • Ensure data integrity of Salesforce to serve as the single source of truth across the GTM function
  • Analyze, develop, and improve operational processes and systems
  • Support the annual sales planning process (strategy, territories, accounts, quotas, and policies) in a fast-growing environment.
  • Measure and analyze the efficiency of the sales organization to help increase productivity and drive better performance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience required, certification(s) preferred
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with cross-functional stakeholders and drive consensus to meet deadlines
  • Excited and passionate about working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly, is comfortable with making decisions in ambiguity, and has a strong bias for action while understanding the bigger picture
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong passion for analytics and problem-solving

$64,000 - $100,000 a year

CaptivateIQ takes a market-based approach to pay, and the salary range for this job posting shows the base to on-target earnings for this position. The successful candidate’s starting base salary will be determined based on the candidate’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education, work location, market conditions, and other factors. This range may be modified in the future. Certain positions may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and other benefits.
