YOUR ROLE

Stio is in search of an experienced Sales Operations Manager to take ownership of the B2B Go-To-Market (GTM) process and lead a team of direct reports responsible for exceptional dealer and client experiences. This role involves close collaboration with Planning, Product, Finance, Marketing, and B2B Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • B2B GTM Process Ownership: Take a lead role in defining and managing the B2B Go-To-Market process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and successful seasonal sales campaigns.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Planning, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive communication, planning, and execution of sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of direct reports within the Sales Operations function, focusing on B2B customer service and providing exceptional support to dealers and clients.
  • Exceptional Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric approach within the team, emphasizing exceptional service to B2B clients and ensuring a positive dealer and client experience.
  • B2B Platform Management: Oversee the functionality and optimization of the B2B platform, working closely with IT and relevant stakeholders to address any issues and implement improvements.
  • Sales Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain robust analytics and reporting mechanisms to track sales performance, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement that enable achievement for the sales team within the sales operations function, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.  
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for the sales operations team, ensuring continuous improvement and skill enhancement.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales operations management, with a focus on B2B GTM processes.
  • Leadership experience with a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales analytics and reporting.

  • Proficient in Google Office Suite, Slack, Asana and B2B software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives and benefits. The base salary range for this role is $50,000-$75,000. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of the range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.
