Who

Truleo is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to be the heartbeat of our quickly expanding commercial organization. The ideal candidate is a data-driven owner with a penchant for detail, efficiency and momentum. You will help execute strategies that drive revenue growth. You are highly outgoing, collaborative, organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will allow for incredible career opportunities by establishing the foundation of an expanding sales organization. You will report to the Vice President of Sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Support our VP of Sales in growing our ARR to 2 million by the end of 2023.
  • Own and manage company CRM system, automation and hygiene
  • Orchestrate weekly forecast and pipeline reviews with Sales Leadership, driving forecast accuracy and predictability against targets
  • Actively monitor, analyze and report on sales activity, pipeline, acquisition; lead reporting and utilize sales tools for reporting
  • Reduce CAC by improving the efficiency of our SDR process.
  • Ensure quantity and quality of lead-flow is sustained to meet sales capacity and achieve top-line sales and revenue goals
  • Support VP of Sales in administrative tasks such as filing contracts and organizing contacts.

Who You Are

  • You are outgoing, a self-starter, inclined to be curious and imaginative, unafraid to ask questions and a propensity towards finding solutions.
  • You have 4+ years of experience in commercial operations at an early stage software company
  • You are highly proficient in leveraging Hubspot email capabilities
  • You have outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • You have experience with SaaS metrics, reporting, and dashboards
