About the Role
As a Sales Representative at Eterneva, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize how we remember and celebrate our loved ones. You'll be the frontline, directly engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the journey of transforming their loved one's ashes or hair into a remarkable, lab-grown diamond.
Your role will extend beyond merely selling a product. You will provide comfort, understanding, and guidance during a challenging time, becoming a part of our customers' healing process. You'll be entrusted with sensitive conversations and high expectations, helping individuals find solace in a unique and lasting memorial.
This is a unique sales role that requires compassion, empathy, and outstanding communication skills, along with the usual sales acumen. You'll collaborate closely with our Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth and meaningful journey for our customers. Your ultimate goal is to help people discover a comforting and enduring way to remember and celebrate their loved ones.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to our Head of Sales
- Respond thoughtfully and swiftly to inbound sales inquiries
- Conduct phone consultations with potential customers
- Create Raving Fans of every customer you talk to
- Manage sending and receiving “Welcome Kits” to get the diamond process started
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous full-cycle sales experience
- B2C experience is preferred
- Managed pipeline using a standard CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
- Passion for building genuine relationships and serving others
- Bonus for a background in psychology or counseling
