What you will be working on?
- Helping our inbound leads, both warm and cold, understand if our solution is the best fit for their business via live chat, email, Google Meet, and over the phone
- Provide product demos, webinars and onboarding sessions via Google Meet
- Manage a pipeline from first touch to close
- Creating and testing new email templates and sequences to engage leads and deliver value. On your own and in collaboration with the team
- Understanding short-term rental hosts needs and reporting that feedback to the team

- Provide feedback on our process to enable us to grow further
What does the schedule look like?
For this position, we are aiming to service customers across North American time zones (PT/ET).
Currently, this role will be Monday through Friday. Once you are fully on board, you may be asked to work 4 hours on a Saturday or Sunday. You will still have 2 consecutive days off, to be defined at the discretion of the successful candidate.
Requirements
For this position, we are looking to recruit someone in Europe focused on North America.

- 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B and B2C Saas sales.

- Competitive compensation, slightly adapted to your location. For this role, the maximum cash compensation, according to our salary grid is $80,000 (for a candidate based in a high-cost-of-life city such as San Francisco or New York and with exceptional past experience).

- 35 days off per year, encouraged (including self-serve public holidays) and parental leave.
