Job Description

  • Develop and foster existing customer relationships across Europe and Middle East
  • Collaborate with outside account managers to discuss inquiries and provide support to serve the customer
  • Work together with customer service to assure proper alignment between clients and company
  • Expand new sales opportunities by researching prospective, identifying potential and generating new customer accounts
  • Support marketing campaigns defined with sales and marketing leadership
  • Capture orders and opportunity pipeline in CRM tool
  • Create and monitor progress on sales quotations with intent to win and close
  • Forecasting orders, revenue and analyzing sales data and produce progress reports
  • Regularly review account strategies and pricing with sales management
  • Promote our products and services, championing our brand
  • Contribute to the team’s overall awareness of market developments & opportunities and competitor initiatives & threats

Qualifications

  • Degree level (bachelor) in engineering, life science, or business management
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Deep knowledge in marketing, sales, or research and development in the medical device market
  • Comfortable with a matrix organization and experience in a multicultural environment
  • Can-do attitude, proactive mindset
  • Strong SAP and MS Excel expertise, Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM tool knowledge
  • Very good German or Spanish language skills and fluent communication skills in English complete your profile

Travel Requirements & location

This position may require occasional travel to customer locations (up to 25%).
