Additional Information 

The Role 

Flock Safety works closely with communities to help them to eliminate crime. Currently, Flock offers license plate reading cameras and audio detection devices as a subscription. As our sales and fulfillment grow, Flock is looking to improve delivery efficiency through improved use of systems, tools, and processes (e.g., install more cameras, more quickly, to more highly satisfied customers). 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Work with Flock’s Billing & Collections team to make sure that accurate invoices are generated and sent to customers
  • Own the Billing ticket workflow via Jira to ensure timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders and external customers (triage, route, resolve and meet SLAs)
  • Drive continued Salesforce Billing clean-up and support Billing & Collections team in modifying records to be correct and customer ready
  • Be the functional expert for the Billing & Collections team in terms of training, support, and documentation of new and existing processes
  • Provide internal, on-going system/technical support to users, including training, maintaining proper system access for all roles and user requests for records, reports, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Maintain documentation of key operational processes, system improvements and their revisions
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any Salesforce Billing systems functionality, customization and integration
  • Understand overall internal processes and systems and how they are interdependent
  • Must work well in a fast paced growth environment
  • Ensure system compliance with company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations and changes

Technical Requirements of the role: 

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing
  • Ability to analyze problems, develop and recommend solutions and resolve issues
  • Experience with creating, managing and editing financial reporting

💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $90,000-$100,000 as well as stock options
