Job Role: Salesforce Developer

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM (AU Time Zone)

Salary range: 3000 - 4000 AUD Monthly

We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Australia is only 2 hours ahead of the Philippines and 4 hours ahead of Nepal, so the working hours are typically much better than working for a European or North American company. 

Who The Client Is: The client is an Australian family law lending specialist.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce development, customization, and integration, as well as experience in delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements
  • Customise and configure Salesforce to optimise application performance
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Perform unit testing and quality assurance to ensure proper functionality
  • Help maintain custom code repository
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Platform Developer I certification required. Platform Developer II certification is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework (incl. LWCs), and Salesforce APIs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform declarative automation tools particularly Flow
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools such as SFDX, Developer Console, and Workbench
  • Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and ETL
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
