Salesforce DevOps Engineer II
Overview:
As a Salesforce DevOps Engineer II (Remote), you will play an important role at TDS as we grow our Salesforce capabilities. We are looking for an individual who will help design/develop/test Salesforce functionality and apply the principals of continuous improvement to our Salesforce DevOps processes to deliver exceptional business results.
In this role, you will collaborate with development teams to harden our Salesforce delivery pipeline, enabling frequent and dependable releases. Excellent collaboration skills, dependability, and professionalism are key traits candidates for this role must have.
This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ states in which TDS operates.

Responsibilities:
- Integrations: Help build new and support existing integrations leveraging Salesforce APIs
- Develop Apex classes and triggers
- User interface development: Lightning pages and Lightning Web Components
- Deploy new and updated functionality to Salesforce environments
- Work with product owners throughout the entire development lifecycle
- Collaborate with other IT teams to build cross functional features
- Help drive technical direction and best practices across Salesforce environments
- Collaborate across teams to establish organizational standards for Salesforce development, testing, and delivery practices
- Mentor and train team members on best practices, coding, and quality standards for development and testing on the Salesforce platform.
- Debug functional differences between Salesforce sandbox environments and use lessons learned to drive process improvements for post refresh and deployment processes.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience.
- 1+ years experience in software development or testing.
Other Qualifications
- Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing, or Field Service cloud experience
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications
- Experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps platform
- Salesforce Vlocity/SFI development and deployment experience
