The role

As a Salesforce Project manager, you will be involved in various projects and you will utilize your Salesforce expertise, applied commercial experience, problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to support, advise, deliver, and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem end to end.

Expected Functions / Key Results:

  • Responsible for overseeing the production of deliverables, managing and running complex enterprise projects, ensuring timely closeout of requirements and projects, providing timely status updates to the clients, and working closely with various technical and non-technical team members.
  • Participate in client discovery sessions with a primary focus on documentation of existing business processes and identifying client needs.
  • Assessing risks, opportunities, deliverables, and threats for projects.
  • Document recommended changes to organizational structure or processes.
  • Managing a team of developers and consultants in developing Salesforce projects.
  • Developing metrics for each project to determine paths to success.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders and acting as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Conducting regular project meetings with your Project team.
  • Ensuring that your team produces work that adheres to Salesforce's best-design principles.
  • Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3 + years of experience working with Salesforce on different platforms.
  • Excellent planning and strategic abilities.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification. 
  • A dynamic and adaptable mindset who is deadline-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
  • Project experience with Health organizations is a plus.
  • Salesforce administration/configuration work (for example: workflow rules, process builder, UX updates, reporting, etc.)
  • Expertise in project management tooling and workflows (Jira, Wrike, etc.)
  • Presentation, meeting, planning, and communication experience across various audiences (in-team, cross-team, executive, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Good to have: Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Business Analyst Certifications.

1st step: Cultural fit interview

During this face-to-face interview, we want to meet the candidate and understand the expectations regarding career plan and motivation and give the candidate an overview of the role and Nuvolar's work environment. 2nd step: Technical Interview with the team

After passing the HR interview, it’s time for a technical discussion around the exercise to better understand your skills and an introduction to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture and so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
