Our client is convinced it can do much more and needs your expertise in building modern cloud services to evolve and create products that improve every step of the real estate agent experience, from first contact with a client to closing the deal.

The Salesforce Administrator will serve as the primary contact for the Salesforce platform and will be responsible for the administration of the application. This includes executing day-to-day configuration, support and maintenance, enhancements and upgrades, creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards, maintenance of data integrations, documentation, and ensuring data hygiene

and integrity.

Responsibilities include:

● Serve on a team of fellow system administrators for a Salesforce org with 1.7k users

● Handle basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields, production support, and other routine tasks.

● Investigate and resolve issues and design preventative guardrails that will not impact other business use cases

● In partnership with the Product Management team, compliment agile stories/acceptance criteria across larger epics with technical use cases to aid with needed customized development

● Review the system on an appropriate cadence to evaluate outdated processes, fields and design elements

● Actively pursue additional technical knowledge of Salesforce functionalities and apply learnings to new business needs or existing processes

● Define and enforce strategy for low code/best practice architecture across the Salesforce org

Required Skills:

● 5+ years of proven Salesforce administration (required)

● Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds and Marketing Cloud

● Salesforce Admin Certification (required), advanced Certifications (preferred)

● A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex processes and translate them into easily understandable requirements or training materials

● Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

● Creative and strong analytical thinker leading system design discussions

● Experience with brokerage or banking services a plus

● A problem solver who is always trying to improve the way things are done

● A proactive self-starter who challenges the status quo

Desired Skills:

● Advanced Salesforce Certifications

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
