Doxee S.p.A. is an high-tech group specialized in products for Customer Communications Management (CCM), Digital Customer Experience and Dematerialization.

DESCRIPTION

You will be hired in Technology & Research division and reporting to the Product Development Manager and you are going to be part of a team working on expansion and maintenance of our standard software with teams of developers in Vienna, Bratislava and Italy.

You will join a team of developers and lead them to optimize their processes while ensuring they are

properly enabled to achieve their goals.

You will be working on

  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks;
  • Cooperate with other Scrum Masters sharing and defining the best solution for teams need;
  • Ensure that team’s processes are respected, and outputs are consistent;
  • Facilitate scrum events (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective);
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration;
  • Facilitate interaction between the team and other stakeholders;
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity;
  • Help teams implement changes effectively;
  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it;
  • Improve team’s processes based on their feedback and obvious pitfalls;
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.

MORE ABOUT YOU:

  • You have a Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field;
  • You have experience in similar role;
  • You are an excellent communication and servant leadership skills;
  • You have Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement);
  • You are familiar with software development;
  • You have good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.);
  • You know Jira;

You speak a good English (spoken and written);

You are self-reliance, engagement, and good communicative skills;

You are a team worker;

You are available to travel to Vienna fortnightly.

Nice to have

You have scrum master certification;

You have interest in the field of ECM, especially Document Composition and Output Management;

You have SaaS experience;
