P3 Scrum Masters coach and support each team on their agile transformation journey with a customer-suited approach based on individual needs putting "continuous improvement" at the center to empower all.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the project environment to establish agile principles and initiate an agile mindset with strong collaboration with the customer.
  • Implement Scrum/Kanban process in projects.
  • Create artifacts aligned to the agile methodology.
  • Develop and project execution methodologies to be improved with the team.
  • Actively manage and address impediments.
  • Enable transparency, inspection and adaption on a regular basis.
  • Create and maintain information radiators that enable the overview of project state and delivery.
  • You will be servant leaders to the team, enabling and facilitating effective communication, conflict resolution and keeping a high level of engagement of the team.
  • Ensure DoD and DoR rules are defined and implemented as part of the teams daily work.
  • You will be responsible for automotive-related consulting programs either with focus on technology or business.
  • Create high level of customer satisfaction and build up a sustainable customer relationship.
  • Apply (agile and classic) program and project management methods
  • Drive the strategic set up of programs, derive strategic enablers and projects and define project targets, scopes and structures, develop the project plans and timeline in close alignment with the customer.
  • Implement innovative or unconventional ideas and realize those for and with the customer and its team.
  • Take care of identifying improvement potentials in project-relevant processes.
  • Actively support the acquisition of potential projects.
  • Set up a strong network across customer’s project-team, organization and other stakeholders.

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • You have a completed Bachelor’s and/or Master degree in e.g. Business Administration, Mechanical/ Electrical engineering, Information science or similar.
  • You already have five years or more related working and gained experience in Project Management or Consulting, ideally in the field of automotive.
  • You are experienced developing embedded systems and firmware.
  • You are a master in hard waterfalls and use a hybrid approach known as "Wagile". Combining the best of both worlds using Agile principles to manage project execution within a larger waterfall framework.
  • You have reliable knowledge in the Automotive industry, e.g. Electric Mobility, Connected Car, App or Software development, Autonomous driving technologies.
  • Self-motivated and driven with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well spoken with powerful presentation skills.
  • You are detail oriented, structured and have common sense.
  • You can work on your own with minimal guidance, while putting your team's interests before your own.
  • You think ‘out of the box’ to create solutions when none exist.
  • With an agile mindset you are not afraid of diving into uncharted waters.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills help you manage, mitigate, and resolve conflicts.
  • Your English skills are solid, German and Spanish are a plus.
  • You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
