To help fulfill this mission, we are looking for a Semi Senior Corporate Lawyer to join the Legal Department at Waterplan. In this role, you will specialize in SaaS enterprise agreement drafting, negotiation, and intellectual property (IP) review. You will play a crucial part in shaping the legal framework of our SaaS offerings and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. As a key member of the legal team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide strategic legal guidance, mitigate risks, and foster positive client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Draft and review SaaS enterprise agreements, tailoring them to meet Waterplan's and our clients' specific needs.
- Engage in negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of intellectual property matters, advising on protection strategies.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with contracts and business operations.
- Provide legal support to clients.
- Implement and manage efficient contract lifecycle processes, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address different legal aspects across all company departments.
Skills and Qualifications
- Law degree.
- Fluent in English.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial law, with a focus on SaaS agreements and IP matters.
- Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
- Expert with Google Drive and G-Suite.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Based in Argentina or LATAM.
