We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesperson to join our dynamic team at Cyara. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts for enterprise software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and meet sales targets both through direct and Cyara Channels. You will possess a proven track record in software sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape.
Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the enterprise software sector.
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of target accounts to understand their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement managers, by delivering compelling value propositions and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate closely with the pre-sales and solution engineering teams to develop tailored proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations that address customer requirements and pain points.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and licensing agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams to close deals in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the enterprise software market to effectively position our solutions and provide insightful recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and activity records using CRM software.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to sales management.
Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or relevant experience.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior sales role.
- Deep knowledge of the enterprise software landscape, contact center software a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close large enterprise deals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a consultative sales approach, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
