About the Role:

Are you ready to flex your skills and make a real impact in a global tech company? We're on the hunt for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team and help revolutionize accounting operations worldwide. If you're detail-oriented, love solving problems, and want to work at the intersection of innovation and efficiency, this is the role for you.

You'll be our go-to expert for global accounting operations and process optimization. Reporting to our Controller, you’ll collaborate with teams across the US and Europe to build a rock-solid foundation for our financial success. This role is equal parts strategic and operational, making it the perfect opportunity to take ownership and grow your career.

Here’s what you might dive into during your first 12 months:

  • Revamp and streamline our close processes.
  • Tackle audits and internal controls with confidence.
  • Eliminate inefficiencies to create leaner workflows.
  • Ensure GAAP compliance like a pro.
  • Innovate invoice processing.
  • Lead global consolidations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own international month-end and year-end close alongside the Controller.
  • Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations like a boss.
  • Oversee banking, including AP/AR operations.
  • Deliver insightful financial reports and flux analyses.
  • Be the go-to for audits, tax projects, and compliance work.
  • Collaborate with the Controller to drive process improvements across the company

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Experience: 6+ years in accounting roles (bonus points for SaaS experience)
  • Skills: US GAAP expertise, Excel wizardry, and killer analytical chops
  • Tech-Savvy: You’ve mastered NetSuite, and Salesforce familiarity is a plus
  • Collaborative: Thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA/MBA? Even better!)
  • Mindset: Precision, integrity, and a love for transforming data into smart decisions

Pay Range$85,000 - $100,000

Pay is commensurate on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
