REQUIREMENTS
As a Senior Accounting Manager, you would work company-wide to provide financial reporting excellence to support the growth of the company.
Some of what you will be doing includes:
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage payroll processes
- Manage 3rd party vendors and processes related to tax, audit, R&D, etc
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency gains within the accounting function through automation and standardization.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting professional, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
The skills required for this role -
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- You have a CPA required
- You have a minimum of 8 years of accounting experience
- You have a proven track record of leading financial reporting processes and delivering accurate, timely financial statements
- You have a strong understanding of GAAP, financial controls, and compliance requirements
- You have experience implementing process improvements and leveraging technology to drive efficiency
- You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate business needs and contribute to long-term financial planning and decision-making
- You are detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- You have experience in Fintech
- You have experience with multi-entity accounting / transfer pricing
- You have worked in a fast-paced and rapidly changing start-up environment
