Senior Advanced Analytics

DUTIES: AT&T Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Advanced Analytics in Dallas, TX (& various unanticipated locations throughout the US; may work from home) to gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of data to identify casual relationships, trigger points, and predictions on customer sales behavior, subscriber chum, and product engagement for our wireless product.
Responsible for projects such as customer behavior and base segmentation, sales and retention analysis, campaign optimization, lifecycle analytics, and data visualization. Develop self-service data tools, and other visual aids in support of findings. Advise business partners with regards to patterns and relationships in the data to recommend business direction or outcomes. Ensure meaningful client value is delivered through a mix of data analyses, insights, skills capabilities and original thinking. Utilize SQL coding in RedShift and Oracle to deep dive into data and provide answers to help stakeholder understand cohorts of customer and product profiles for cross selling and articulate in turning data into actionable outcomes for leadership to approve. Identify key segments and clusters of customer who are profitable and those who are not. Work closely with pricing, marketing, credit and collections, finance and retention to improve their ability to acquire, server, and retain every customer household while maintaining profitability for our shareholders. Gather data from various disparate data sources, ETL and visualize data creatively in a variety of formats that provide actionable insights to the organization in Tableau and Google Analytics. Analyze customer segmentation on Google Analytics to identify the pain points in retaining customer, customer growth and churn. Work in cross collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders and communicate with both tech and non-tech audiences. Perform coding with SQL. Utilize Tableau, R-Studio, and Google Analytics. Utilize Redshift and Oracle. Utilize SQL, Python and R. Utilize data insights to inform product management and consumer marketing: decisions, best practices, innovation and KPI development and attainment. Utilize internal and ingesting third-party data to develop actionable insights for product management and consumer marketing clients.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems or Computer Science and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation performing coding with SQL; utilizing Tableau, R-Studio, and Google Analytics; utilizing Redshift and Oracle; utilizing SQL, Python and R; utilizing data insights to inform product management and consumer marketing: decisions, best practices, innovation and KPI development and attainment; and utilizing internal and ingesting third-party data to develop actionable insights for product management and consumer marketing clients.
Our Senior Advanced Analytics earn between $105,000 – $210,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
