Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager 🧑‍💻

The Marketing department at Oyster is a tapestry of diverse skills and strategies segmented into four core teams, Brand and Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation. Each pillar with its unique function collectively drives our company's growth and visibility in the marketplace.

Our Demand Generation team fuels business growth at Oyster. They are our growth engine, deploying tactics like paid media, SEO, affiliate marketing, partner marketing, lifecycle marketing, and events/webinars to attract and nurture leads. Their goal is to create a steady stream of interested prospects for our business. Oyster is seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to support our partner engagement channels and run our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building profitable relationships with partners and generating millions in sales through affiliate marketing. 

We are looking for an experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is capable of pivoting priorities quickly, is well organized, and has grown an affiliate or influencer marketing program to seven figures. 

What you’ll do:

  • Expand and refine our affiliate and partner initiatives, fostering strong connections with partners, customers, and B2B HR influencers to propel Oyster's business forward.
  • Strategically recruit and engage Oyster's customer base, followers, and relevant audiences in our affiliate and influencer programs, enhancing program reach and effectiveness.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and enablement for affiliates for Oyster HR and user recruitment tactics, while collaborating with internal teams to advocate for the program's growth.
  • Analyze performance data to continuously optimize KPIs, scale up initiatives, and maximize marketing investment, ensuring the development of compelling offers and incentives to keep affiliates motivated.

What we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience building SaaS marketing programs, with at least 3+ years of experience focused on generating affiliate revenue.
  • A successful track record of building, managing and scaling affiliate marketing programs.
  • You will have strong knowledge of the affiliate marketing space and experience optimizing partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models.
  • Affiliate marketing platform knowledge (e.g. Partnerstack).
  • Experience managing a monthly or annual marketing budget.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact campaigns and initiatives.
  • Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel, performance marketing KPI’s, and profitability levers. 
  • A proven track record of driving projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills; your personable approach enables you to identify key priorities and hit results. 
  • Passion for innovation, creative problem-solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will thrive in an autonomous, distributed and global atmosphere where async communication and cross-functional collaboration are critical.
  • You will be self-sufficient and comfortable operating in ambiguity whilst maintaining a proactive approach.
