Senior Analyst - Marketing Operations
Will lead project management of marketing campaigns for Aetna Medicare to support the growing, fast-paced, PDP and Conversion business lines. A successful candidate will be curious, multitasker and detail-oriented.
– Work closely with various project owners on delivery of integrated communications campaigns (email, direct mail and digital) to support growth and sales goals of PDP Acquisition and Retention, PDP Upsell and DSNP Cross-sell ultimately reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing.
– Serve as point of contact for team by working directly and building strong relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
– Proactively project manage multiple initiatives and be able to multitask among competing priorities focusing on timely delivery especially during peak annual enrollment period.
– Prepare SOTs and worksheets that summarizes current project details and coordinate with all team members to keep workflow on track.
– Submit all marketing materials through the established review process so that it’s compliant with all relevant product and regulatory policies.
– Aid project owners on quality control of all marketing materials at varies stages to ensure content matches approved compliance and product copy.
– Complete all necessary intake, calendar, request, and submission forms essential to the set up and smooth delivery for all initiatives / projects.
– Manage deadlines and work with team to ensure all campaigns are set up correctly and timely.
Serve as Single Point-of-Contact for blueprint meetings with external partners and internal initiative leads.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years project management or coordination experience

Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
