Senior API Product Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior API Product Manager to own a key product line for our Card Issuing API. This role is pivotal in driving the development, scaling, and strategic direction of our API products as our organization grows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our APIs are robust, scalable, and deliver exceptional value to our users.
You will:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of our Card Issuing API product line.
- Drive the strategic vision and execution for the Card Issuing API, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, growth, and other teams to deliver API capabilities that meet customer needs and business goals.
- Develop and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and business priorities.
- Implement best practices for API development, documentation, and usability.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the adoption and usage of our API products.
- Work alongside other product line owners to scale the product organization.

Requirements:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in managing and scaling API products.
- Strong understanding of API-first product development and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a quick learner.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in a startup or rapidly growing company.
- Highly adaptable with a can-do attitude
- Fluent in English
