About the Role

The Senior Associate, People Operations is responsible for overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, managing HR operations, and driving employee engagement initiatives. This role ensures a seamless integration for new hires, coordinates departures, maintains HR records, and fosters a positive work environment through engagement activities. Additionally, they provide support and guidance on HR policies and procedures to enhance overall employee experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute onboarding procedures for new hires, including probation reviews when applicable; conduct exit interviews and facilitate feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continually refine and enhance HR operational processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Coordinate team activities, engage employees through interactive events, and organize team and company-wide gatherings.
  • Develop documentation and resources to support HR policies, processes, and programs.
  • Maintain accurate records in HR information systems such as Bob and Lattice.
  • Support local employee relations activities, including inquiries about local policies and procedures, benefits coverage, investigations, and quarterly check-ins.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate People Operations project activities, working with stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate them into project deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative with robust event planning and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency with HR systems; experience with Hibob and Lattice is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
