Senior Associate, People Operations
About the Role
The Senior Associate, People Operations is responsible for overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, managing HR operations, and driving employee engagement initiatives. This role ensures a seamless integration for new hires, coordinates departures, maintains HR records, and fosters a positive work environment through engagement activities. Additionally, they provide support and guidance on HR policies and procedures to enhance overall employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute onboarding procedures for new hires, including probation reviews when applicable; conduct exit interviews and facilitate feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continually refine and enhance HR operational processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate team activities, engage employees through interactive events, and organize team and company-wide gatherings.
- Develop documentation and resources to support HR policies, processes, and programs.
- Maintain accurate records in HR information systems such as Bob and Lattice.
- Support local employee relations activities, including inquiries about local policies and procedures, benefits coverage, investigations, and quarterly check-ins.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate People Operations project activities, working with stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate them into project deliverables.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of HR experience.
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative with robust event planning and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency with HR systems; experience with Hibob and Lattice is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Master’s degree preferred.
