*The Senior Blockchain Engineer Role: *
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Blockchain Engineer/Developer to join our dynamic team full-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our blockchain-based applications (5 listed on Google Play), ensuring the security, scalability, and efficiency of our systems. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to integrate blockchain technology into our payment solutions, enhance our existing platforms, and support the development of new features. This role is perfect for those eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic startup environment. You'll get to work directly with both co-founders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions for our payment gateway and related products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
- Ensure the security and scalability of blockchain systems.
- Develop smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance and SUI.
- Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting of blockchain applications.
- Maintain and upgrade existing blockchain applications as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in blockchain.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Blockchain Engineer/Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP and MySQL and Android Java for the SDKs and apps template (We have 5 Reflex Google Play Apps).
- Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance, Stellar, SUI, or similar.
- Experience with smart contract development and deployment.
- Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and token standards (e.g., ERC-20, BEP-20).
- Understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain security practices.
- Experience with integrating blockchain systems with APIs and other external systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferences:
- Experience with blockchain security platforms.
- Knowledge of payment systems and financial technologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues in the blockchain space.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

This position operates on a deferred salary basis to start with plans of converting it to Full-Time in Q1 of 2025 (Can be paid either a salary, equity, via $RFX Tokens or a combination).
