Senior Business Analyst
Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in the insurance industry, who will join our team on a part-time basis.

Our client is highly regarded for its emphasis on risk management, innovative offerings, and dedication to ensuring customer contentment, solidifying its position as a key player in the global insurance sector.
Responsibilities:
- Playing a key role in presale processes
- Identifying the business needs and expectations of the customer and translating them into business change drivers and effective technical solutions
- Planning, conducting, and facilitating discovery project workshops
- Defining, translating, simplifying, and prioritizing requirements
- Handling discovery phase activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- 1+ years of experience in the insurance domain
- Solid expertise in the discovery stage of the project
- Ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- At least an Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English for daily communication
Will be a plus:
- Working experience with migration processes
- Understanding of mainframe architectures
