ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about digital marketing and excel at turning concepts into campaigns that are driven by data insights?

As a Sr. Campaign Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for developing engaging coordinated marketing campaigns that generate demand for Acquia across new business, customer and partner channels.

You will lead campaign strategy discussions and drive collaboration with cross-functional leaders to deliver coordinated and scalable activations across multiple channels and regions. You will build persona-specific offers mapped across the customer journey and our funnel to engage target audiences with the right content through the right channel that generates pipeline.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • We craft and implement a coordinated campaign strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on multi-channel and multi-segment campaigns to engage and acquire new customers through; webinars, email marketing, paid media, paid social, search, retargeting strategies, etc.
  • Measure and supervise sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with the GTM teams on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, creative, content, digital, events and marketing operations to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to campaigns.
  • We leverage predictive analytics and intent data tools and other groundbreaking martech to drive highly targeted prospects from lead to close
  • Measure & optimize campaign performance against revenue growth goals, provide recommendations based on key drivers to improve engagement and conversion
  • Provide ongoing campaign performance, insights and pacing to internal teams/partners, aligned with campaign (and overall company) goals /KPIs
  • We implement retargeting strategies to accelerate prospect engagement
  • Continually innovate on ways to reach our desired prospect audience with compelling offers
  • Perform ongoing A/B testing, build target segments aligned to personas that align to campaign
  • Build positive relationships across a global, cross-functional team to ensure achievement of business objectives
  • Work closely with partner marketing to develop and implement campaign strategies using the partner ecosystem to reach their prospects
  • Partner closely with BDRs and outside sales to communicate and deliver programs that resonate with prospects along the buyers’ journey
  • Collaborate with field and partner teams to understand regional goals and campaign requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 8+ years of validated experience in campaign management related to B2B marketing, campaigns marketing, ABM marketing and/or product-led growth marketing
  • Experience in developing coordinated go-to-market strategies, crafting assets that span the customer journey, and partnering with diverse marketing teams is critical for this role.
  • Past success being responsible for coordinated campaigns using tactics that include paid, search, social, organic, email nurtures, personalization, retargeting strategies and display.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and project management software like Asana.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Proven track record to collaborate as part of a cross functional team and also work autonomously
  • Ability to think strategically, with outstanding attention to detail in execution
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with Salesforce, 6Sense, Groove and Qualified is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong skill leading, mentoring, and coaching of junior team members.
