What you will achieve
- Identify and recommend improvements and efficiencies around compensation processes and programs.
- Update and maintain wage and salary surveys, salary matrix, salary job structure and benchmarking studies.
- Work with HR Systems to ensure compensation related systems are updated and reflect appropriate program design.
- Act as a partner/consultant and subject matter expert when working with client groups and other functional areas within People Team on projects or issues that proactively address the needs of the business.
- Provide effective problem solving and communication with all internal and external customers to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
- May act as a Project Lead on moderate to complex department projects and/or compensation system implementation, enhancement or upgrade.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Strong knowledge working in Compensation
- Solid mix of analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience with either Power BI or Looker will be beneficial in this role
- Experience with survey and methodology of one of the following: Aon Radford, Willis Towers Watson and Croner.
- Creative Problem Solving: Can come up with solutions specifically for that problem
- Communication skills: Adaptive and senior compensation partner who can lead initiatives with different stakeholders in the company
- Collaboration skills: Effectively collaborates cross-functionally and builds and maintains strong stakeholder support
