Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Content Strategy Manager to join our Life Sciences team at Phreesia. As a Senior Content Strategy Manager, you will work with Creative Agency partners and Life Science/Payer companies, as well as internal teams, to execute Phreesia campaigns. If you are looking to transition out of the agency world and join a smart, creative, dynamic team that is committed to bringing innovation to the healthcare industry, this role is for you: will work cross-functionally to deliver successful, effective, targeted, digital patient engagement campaigns. In your role, you will focus on providing day-to-day leadership for critical Content Strategy partners, while developing relationships, building rapport, and creating opportunities for additional partnership. You will exhibit your confidence in communicating across all levels within an organization or advertising agency to lead a team of direct reports focused on delivering best-in-class creative to both internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive patient-centric point-of-care creative campaigns on behalf of clients and partner agencies ensuring quality production, and optimizations for impact and efficiency
  • Own the account management of assigned campaigns, including kickoff, creative development and strategy, implementation, launch, and post-launch optimization
  • Manage team of Content Strategy Managers/Associates, including partnering with other senior peers to provide training across teams
  • Validate project plans and ensure key milestones, dependencies, and timelines are proactively communicated across stakeholders and partners
  • Seek opportunities to optimize, test, or advance new capabilities and share knowledge across the Life Sciences/Payer teams and the broader organization
  • Collaborate regularly with internal Analytics and Insights, Client Experience, Client Success, Data Science, Research, and Senior Leadership teams
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow organic business for Life Science and Payer organizations and internal stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or strategy, with previous project management experience; previous people management experience required
  • Healthcare experience required; Pharmaceutical, OTC, Point of Care, and/or CPG experience highly valued
  • Adept at managing client relationships and navigating multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience providing strategic and creative recommendations, and managing internal resources to ensure the client’s campaign needs are met
  • Ability to work independently, with junior team member support, to drive several projects concurrently with readiness to adapt and pivot quickly as priorities change to meet goals within deadlines
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint presentation building and various project management tools
  • Ability to travel to occasional client or team meetings when appropriate

Base pay for US is $120,000 - $140,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package.
