About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Senior Demand Generation Manager to join the Demand Generation team. The Demand Gen team serves as a dot-connecter across sales, marketing and operation teams to identify, engage, and convert decision makers at our target mid market and enterprise companies.

As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will blend strategy with execution, owning and implement global, multi-channel demand generation programs and campaigns. This is a highly strategic role focused on driving results that contribute meaningfully to Vercel’s enterprise pipeline goals.

What You Will Do:

  • Deeply understand the Vercel product, user and buyer journey and partner with the Director of Demand Gen on strategy that is innovative and appropriate for Vercel's funnel and market.
  • Strategize and execute a GTM campaign strategy for the Enterprise market segment, taking ownership of the campaign implementation process, including: planning, strategy, and execution.
  • Develop and test new ABM plays in partnership with the Strategic Sales Team and determine Vercel’s longer term ABM strategy.
  • Leverage Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies to drive Enterprise pipeline from our Hobby and Pro product users. This includes collaborating with the growth and product teams to ensure our product value is effectively communicated and understood by potential users. It also includes collaborating with our operations and sales team to create automated sales funnels.
  • Own lead and pipeline metrics. Continuously analyze demand funnel and campaign performance data, derive insights, optimize programs, and clearly communicate results to key stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, operations, and data to develop a coordinated strategy and campaign execution for both inbound and outbound lead generation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the developer ecosystem. Leverage market research to identify new demand generation opportunities and innovative approaches.

About You:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in demand generation, preferably within the technology industry, with a focus on developer-centric products or services.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns, resulting in measurable lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the developer ecosystem, including knowledge of programming languages, software development practices, and developer tools.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media management tools is highly desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to create engaging content targeting developers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $138,000.00 - $193,000.00. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
