What you will do:

  • Own Demand Generation function for NA/EMEA, from strategy to execution. Develop an end-to-end demand generation engine to generate sales pipeline and help the company achieve the NA/EMEA growth goals. Manage demand generation budget. 
  • Develop and drive marketing campaigns. Own, develop, and drive campaign calendars with specific activities that drive measurable results. Work to ensure progress on campaigns on a daily basis. 
  • Provide timely communication to relevant stakeholders on campaigns and provide campaign support to other team members as needed. Report on relevant performance metrics on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. Implement improvement throughout the demand generation life cycle as necessary.
  • Engage cross functional teams as needed, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Community, Partner, Product, Engineering, etc, early in the campaign process to ensure optimal impact for all campaigns. 
  • Working with Content and Product Marketing, develop a thematic approach to our go-to-market motions, in line with our messaging architecture.
  • On a need basis, develop an ABM (account based marketing) playbook to align with sales goals.
  • Deliver qualified inbound and outbound leads as per plan. 
  • Own the SDR function. Provide support and mentorship to the NA SDR. Ensure successful delivery of IQMs per plan.
  • Manage integrated multi-channel campaigns through website, email, digital marketing, social, AR/PR, content syndication, etc. Collaborate with the Events team on event promotions, owning all promotions plan execution. 
  • Own and operate all demand generation tools, including Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc, ensuring effective process across Marketing and Sales, enabling successful campaign execution. 
  • Manage 3rd party vendors effectively.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of industry experience in demand generation for SaaS, Cloud platforms with preference for the database, open source markets.
  • Experience having implemented best practices for demand generation programs and campaigns.
  • Solid working knowledge of the buyer’s journey for SaaS, Cloud and Database technologies.
  • A natural cross functional leader with the ability to drive consensus amongst diverse teams.
  • Ability to make decisions and drive results in a rapidly growing and evolving environment.
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge in the latest modern demand generation tools and social media platforms.
  • Deep understanding and experience in demand generation tools and their effectiveness in the customer lifecycle.

$150,000 - $175,000 a year

The annual anticipated base salary range for U.S. candidates for this role is USD $150k to $175k. The actual individual base pay will depend on various factors such as the complexity and responsibility of the role, work locations, job levels, and relevant experience and skills. This role is also eligible to participate in PingCAP's Bonus and Equity Plan, as well as our Sales Compensation Plan if it is a sales role. In order to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on all US job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Please note that actual salaries may vary and fall outside of this range depending on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, and competencies. Other benefits include health insurance, flexible vacation time, paid holidays, and parental leave. Salaries for candidates outside the U.S. will vary based on local compensation structures.
