Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager

About the role
Syndio licenses software to companies to help them find and fix workplace equity issues and stay in compliance over time. We’re looking for someone to join our team as a full stack marketer to strategize and execute marketing campaigns at different stages of the funnel aligned with the buyer's journey. Join our Marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth through demand creation, capture, and conversion. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in enhancing our team's impact with data-driven insights and strategies.
We're currently looking for a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager potentially based in Seattle. The role is fully remote at this time.

- Demand Generation Pro:
- Plan, execute, and measure strategic marketing campaigns including content and product launches.
- Manage nurture programs for new business and client expansion across geographies and product lines.
- Develop content and prioritize programs focused on demand creation, capture, and conversion throughout the entire customer acquisition funnel.
- Help coordinate Syndio’s involvement at industry conferences and determine strategic micro-event locations and themes throughout North America.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, marketing automation platform, account-based marketing tools, web analytics, etc.) to tell compelling data stories.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that optimize marketing spend and execute refined campaigns that drive revenue.
- Revenue & ROI Focus:
- Be laser-focused on revenue generation, not just lead quantity.
- Continuously optimize marketing campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and generate a high-intent sales pipeline (HIRO) that fuels revenue growth.
- Collaboration:
- Work with Product Marketing, Content marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to strategize and execute campaigns and projects.
About you
- You're a B2B SaaS marketing expert with a proven track record of driving pipeline and brand awareness through multiple tactics and channels
- You have paid media experience and can leverage these channels strategically
- You leverage data from Salesforce, Marketo, and ABM tools to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts
- You have experience creating content for campaigns which include, writing email, ad and landing page copy. You also have experience collaborating and creating demand generation content based on the overall product marketing strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortably switching between strategic planning and tactical execution. You're not afraid to get your hands dirty to achieve results
- You possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills, effectively articulating ideas to peers, and cross-functional teams. You can frame problems and offer solutions that resonate with diverse audiences
- You know how to share information with Sales and BDRs that captures their attention and drives action
- You're a master of developing and optimizing marketing programs across various channels, including SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, owned web properties, events, and account-based marketing. You understand how to leverage each channel to maximize impact across multiple pipeline sources
- Hands-on experience in Marketo, and Salesforce is an asset

- 💰 Competitive Compensation. For this role our salary is targeted at $124,000 -$146,000 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.

- 45 minute zoom interview with the Hiring Manager
- Three video interviews with several team members (Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops) - 2 hours
