About you
You’ll be joining the Financial Crime engineering team as a Senior Developer. Reporting to a Team Lead, you’ll be a part of a fast-growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently.
Each year billions fall into the wrong hands through the UK banking systems due to money laundering. We help provide solutions that not only keep us compliant with regulatory standards, but also ensure our Financial Crime teams can be as efficient as possible in discovery and resolution of transactions that get held as suspected money laundering. This work is key to ensuring we scale responsibly as a bank and expand across the world.

You will be
Responsible for the design and delivery of new software products, enhancing existing products and integrating with Third Party platforms and services. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
What we are looking for..
Core Skills and Experience:
- C# (.NET)
- Automated testing
- Databases (we mainly use Azure SQL and Cosmos DB)
- Messaging systems (we use Azure Service Bus)
- Microservices architecture and related patterns
Desirable Experience:
- Cloud computing and related concepts, preferably with Microsoft Azure
- Service Fabric and/or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Monitoring and Alerting
- Infrastructure as Code (we use Terraform)
- Elastic Stack
- Financial experience within Domain (payment scheme knowledge e.g. Swift, BACS, Chaps, Faster Payments) and or Cards (Visa / Mastercard)
