Requirements

We’re seeking a talented senior-level digital designer with at least 5 years experience to help us take Mangomint’s digital presence to the next level. As an ideal candidate for this role, you are passionate about clean, user-friendly designs, pixel-perfect layouts, and awe-inspiring visuals.

You'll be responsible for creating webpages that respond seamlessly across devices, injecting new life into mangomint.com with smooth animations and interactions, and supporting your design team members in the production of digital marketing collateral. We’re a design-focused company and feel passionately that details really matter, so we’re looking for candidates that are similarly detail obsessed. What you'll do:

  • Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and our dedicated senior web developer to design and implement eye-catching, intuitive user interfaces for Mangomint web properties and other digital channels and campaigns
  • Use your knowledge of responsive design principles to create layouts that adapt and perform seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes
  • Create animations and interactions that bring user interfaces to life, adding visual interest while enhancing usability and driving conversions
  • Effectively communicate product benefits through beautiful imagery and animations
  • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral such as digital ads, landing pages, email templates, product launch assets, content marketing assets, and other marketing collateral as needed
  • Deliver polished, pixel-perfect designs that adhere to existing design systems and assist with the continued development of those design systems
  • Collaborate with the design team to evolve the Mangomint brand
  • Get to know our product and market in order to create dynamic visuals that fit our audience's needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices
  • Offer and receive constructive criticism
  • Keep files clean and organized

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a web/graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing top-tier user interface and interaction design skills
  • Proficiency with Figma including a deep understanding of libraries, components, and variants
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Experience with creating CSS animations and working with prototyping tools like Framer, etc is a huge plus
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Contentful and the ability to customize designs within these platforms
  • Technical experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a strong understanding of the web development process
  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Steadfast attention to detail
  • Based in Pacific or Central time zone preferred but not required
