The Role

As the Sr Digital Marketing Manager, you will play an integral role in highlighting how we help finance leaders unlock solutions that allow them to move away from the accounts payable (AP) paper push of the past. This is where marketing truly meets helping people. You will lead our digital marketing and lead generation efforts, partnering with sales, marketing, and product to develop, execute and measure strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns, reaching our potential clients with tailored messaging that speaks to their unique pain points to develop and cultivate long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. 
  • Develop and implement lead-nurturing campaigns that are engineered to convert MQLs to SQLs to Clients.
  • Design email marketing campaigns using our marketing automation tools with personalized messaging.
  • Utilize ABM marketing strategies to locate new prospects, branch out into expanded industries, and create customized copy and collateral to move leads and opportunities through the funnel.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage lead generation platforms and vendor relationships specific to digital marketing and generation.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to improve conversion rates and decrease customer-acquisition-cost (CAC), cost-per-opportunity (CPO), and cost-per-lead (CPL).
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Ingredients

  • BS/BA degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of direct digital marketing experience preferably at a fast-growing early-stage to mid-size SaaS/Fintech company.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience including managing lead generation teams to exceed growth targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing and a strong history of collaboration with sales, product, and channel teams.
  • Proven experience in PPC, paid social, CRM automation, and content marketing.
  • Highly creative with a proven track record of analyzing multi-channel campaigns and ROI with actionable insights to achieve crucial metrics.
  • Skilled at prioritizing, managing expectations, gaining buy-in, and effectively executing lead generation efforts.
  • Strong adaptability, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge and proven experience creating, executing, and continually optimizing successful paid marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise with Analytics (Google Analytics/GA4), CMS (WordPress), CRM (Marketo/SalesForce) and Marketing Automation.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and web optimization techniques.
