The Role:

As the head of the global campaigns team, the Senior Director, Campaigns will own the strategy, execution and optimization of global demand generation campaigns that support Yubico’s strong authentication marketing motions. You will take the lead on the development and execution of impactful, measurable, integrated demand generation campaigns, that involve one-to-many and one-to-one (including Account Based Marketing) campaigns, that drive leads, pipeline and ACV globally. This pivotal role requires a strategic problem solver with a strong background in B2B integrated campaign management (ideally in Security), lead generation, and proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, regional marketing teams, and sales colleagues to set campaign objectives, execute on a plan, and measure impact to drive pipeline and results. You will work closely with key Marketing and Sales stakeholders to develop and disseminate campaign messaging that supports our go-to-market themes, ensuring that these messages are distributed to the right audiences at the right time across our various marketing channels and global regions.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless delivery of fully integrated campaigns that drive awareness, database growth, lead conversion and pipeline creation, and sales acceleration
  • Manage global integrated demand generation campaign strategy through alignment and collaboration with teams across the marketing organization, including product marketing, partner marketing, media and advertising, analyst, creative, social, and regional programs to deliver a unified message to the market
  • Build relevant content centered around customer problems and use cases that can be leveraged across sales and marketing teams. Shape the strategic direction for the overall campaign. Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing plans across a variety of tactics, including journey mapping, campaign development, content maps, nurture, events, and programs to create a consistent customer experience across all channels
  • Partner with Yubico’s internal creative team and external vendors to develop creative concepts, themes and assets to support execution of the campaign
  • Measure, analyze, report, and optimize the performance of integrated campaigns to ensure maximum ROI across all channels
  • Communicate campaign findings to marketing leadership, highlighting wins, losses, and opportunities to inform future strategy iteration
  • Work closely with marketing and sales enablement teams to ensure message continuity across the marketing and sales experience, making sure sales teams are armed with the relevant messaging to maximize campaign follow-up impact

Basic Qualification:

  • 10+ years of professional experience with 8+ years experience in global demand generation campaigns in a high-growth company
  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally to execute full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns across multiple international regions  
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and optimization strategies to maximize campaign ROI 
  • Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce with ability to build, analyze and act on reports
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects at once and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical, verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Self-sufficient: can complete tasks and projects independently and within groups with limited management required
  • Exceptional at managing multiple nuanced work streams and requests simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to synthesize complex information and emerge with a prioritized strategic plan

$220,000 - $240,000 a year

If located near one of Yubico’s hub offices in Santa Clara, San Francisco, or Bellevue, this role has the annual salary range stated above. Actual compensation is based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, specific work location, and job-related knowledge, skills and experience. For roles that are filled remotely, the compensation range will be localized according to employee work location by a factor between 80% and 100% of the range. Pay ranges are US applicable only. Yubico offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work. The expected total compensation for this position will range from $220,000 to 240,000 including bonus.
