Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead our efforts in driving awareness, engagement, and demand for our data services among target audiences. This role is critical to our growth strategy and requires a dynamic leader who can develop and execute integrated demand generation programs that align with business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Planning: 

Develop and refine the overall demand generation strategy to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth for our data services. 

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to align demand generation efforts with business goals. 

Campaign Development and Execution: 

Lead the development and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, leveraging a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics. 

Create compelling and targeted messaging to resonate with diverse audience segments and drive engagement throughout the customer journey. 

Digital Marketing and Automation: 

Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to optimize lead generation efforts. 

Implement marketing automation tools and processes to streamline campaign execution, lead nurturing, and tracking. 

Content Strategy: 

Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the buyer's journey, creating assets such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and interactive content to drive engagement and conversion. 

Analytics and Reporting: 

Utilize data-driven insights to continually optimize and refine demand generation programs. 

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and report on overall performance. 

Collaboration and Leadership: 

Build and lead a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. 

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 
  • Proven experience in demand generation leadership roles, preferably within the technology or data services industry. 
  • Deep understanding of data solutions and AI applications. 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment. 

$180,000 - $200,000 a year
