Senior Director FP&A

Behind many of life’s most important transactions — buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card — is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint provides critical operational infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We’re building trust in this system of credit.
Setpoint is looking for a Senior Director FP&A to join our team!
This is an opportunity to have a big impact and partner with multiple organizational functions. The ideal candidate will bring experience in leading financial planning initiatives and preparing financial reporting to support the scaling of Setpoint’s finance team. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and welcome the dynamic environment that comes with a fast-growing company. This role reports directly to the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer.

What you’ll do:
- Own financial models and budgets across multiple entities
- Work closely with the leadership team on planning and decision support
- Prepare and present financial reporting packages
- Support both technology company and asset manager with business case modeling and investment analysis
- Support investor relations by working with LPs and capital market partners
You should have:
- 7-10 years of experience in finance
- Highly analytical
- A great communicator who can work across all levels of the organization
- Ability to adapt, navigate complexity, and be flexible
- Excitement to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation: $145,000 - $195,000 dependent on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
