  • Manage and grow a team, setting clear goals and project loads to ensure team members are set up for success.
  • Guide the team to develop best design practices and thinking.
  • Establish unified design tools, frameworks, and processes for early content and product design explorations.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating ethics and accountability while championing Mozilla’s values in the design of products.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital product and multimedia content design.
  • 6+ of experience building, managing, and growing geographically dispersed teams.
  • A successful track record of shipping consumer-facing products to large audiences and early stage product development.
  • Deep understanding of the design thinking processes and user research methodologies.
  • Attention to craft and detail.
  • Dedication to creating and fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and healthy collaboration
  • Commitment to ensuring a safe and inclusive environment that welcomes diversity of thought, perspective, and people

Bonus Points:

  • Experience as a design leader for consumer social and media products
