REQUIREMENTS

As a Senior Director of Marketing, you would work company-wide to drive the growth of the company.

Some of what you will be doing includes:

  1. Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing a 3, 6, 9, and 12-month roadmap.
  2. Management: 
  3. Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources for maximum impact and ROI.
  4. Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
  5. Oversee key vendor and agency relationships to ensure performance and outcomes are sufficient.
  6. Customer Acquisition:
  7. Scale existing growth channels in a cost efficient manner
  8. Drive rapid testing and iteration to identify new scalable growth channels with favorable acquisition economics.
  9. Utilize data-driven analytics to assess campaign success and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed.
  10. Maximizing Customer Lifetime value: 
  11. Collaborate with product to maximize customer lifetime value after onboarding
  12. Develop and execute a lifecycle marketing strategy to maximize engagement across core Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  13. Brand development: Nurture, protect, and amplify the North One brand, ensuring consistent messaging and visibility.

The skills required for this role - 

  • You have demonstrated success in scaling 1-2 growth channels for B2B or B2C customer bases.
  • You have proficiency in executing or directly managing channel growth initiatives.
  • You have strong analytical and mathematically inclined, with a results-driven mindset.
  • You are capable of stewarding a brand and maintaining its integrity.
  • You are proficient in operational execution across a spectrum of marketing tasks and initiatives such as performance marketing, user acquisition, and conversion optimization. 
  • You have a demonstrated track record of effectively overseeing vendors and agencies.
  • You have a proven track record of effectively managing and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • You have experience working with product-led growth companies.

  • You possess a nuanced understanding of marketing dynamics tailored specifically to SMBs, optimizing strategies for their unique needs and challenges.
  • You have an understanding of financial services.
  • You have worked in a fast-paced and rapidly changing start-up environment
  • You come from a family of small business owners
  • You have a non-traditional or diverse background (personal or professional). You’ve lived a life that is different, where you've been challenged or have chosen to challenge yourself
