We are looking for a Solution Lead to join our fast-growing team. This role sits at the intersection of the sales and delivery sides of our business at Bounteous and serves as the linchpin across teams to deliver winning proposals.
Solution Leads leverage relationships, influence, experience, and expertise to achieve positive outcomes. They possess the ability and demonstrated history to truly partner with future clients, shape digital roadmaps, cultivate business, strategically collaborate, and make a long-lasting business impact. We are looking for a "T-shaped" individual who can engage comfortably with team members across all disciplines.
Role and Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Development executives to identify opportunities at current and prospective clients
- Engage with Director and VP-level client stakeholders to extract business challenges
- Establish a vision for digital solutions to solve client business challenges
- Collaborate with competency team members to craft projects and solutions
- Lead tradeoffs and pros/cons of different approaches to addressing client challenges
- Orchestrate the planning, estimation, and deliverables of projects that achieve the vision, are winnable by Bounteous
- Confidently present cohesive solutions to senior-level client and Bounteous teams
- Drive the kickoff and initial implementation of digital solutions to ensure teams are set up for success
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience crafting and delivering digital solutions
- 3+ years of consulting or digital agency experience. including sales and project estimation
- 3+ years of expertise selling to and working within the financial services ecosystem
- Experience with key concepts across a wide variety of disciplines, with depth/speciality in at least one area, including strategy, digital design, software development, and digital analytics development
- Expertise in methodologies including Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking
- Deep experience with at least one of our partner products, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Acquia, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, and SAP/Hybris
- Experience in commerce, customer data platforms, mobile, and other digital products
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex topics r to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Outstanding executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills; the ability to inspire, engage, partner with, and influence senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
$136,000 - $182,000 a year
Individual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs. The mid-range to maximum of the salary range is generally reserved for individuals who are highly experienced in the role.
